Operations

If you are interested in placing an order with Dysart’s Transportation, you will most likely be speaking with Maxine. Maxine has many years of experience in the transportation industry and enjoys hobbies such as motorcycling in her spare time.

Scotty controls outbound dispatch for both company trucks and owner operators. He also owns a farm nearby and is an avid gardener.

Dale has worked at Dysart’s since 1976, and he moved into the Transportation department in 1986. Basically he has been here since the beginning. He currently lives in Newburgh and has 2 sons and 1 daughter. Organizations he is or has been involved in include: Past Master Star in the East #60 AF&AM, Old Town; Scottish Rite, Valley of Bangor; Maine Consistory, Portland; Boss Clown for the Anah Shrine, Bangor; and Bangor Elks #244, Bangor.

Roger has worked at Dysart's Transportation for many years and he has been involved in the transportation industry for the majority of his life.

Ed has worked for Dysart’s for the past two years as the Brokerage Manager, but he has worked in the transportation industry for over 20 years. He was a driver for Hodges for 11 years and worked for several other companies in the dispatch role before coming to Dysarts.

Scott has worked the vast majority of his adult life in the transportation industry as both a driver and a dispatcher. He is currently drawing on his extensive knowledge of the flat bed business to take care of most of our flat bed freight and trucks that work with us everyday in the flat bed realm of things.

Shawn has been around trucks and the trucking industry his entire life, and has worked at Dysart's since the age of 18. Having recently moved into Dysart's Transportation as a Broker, Shawn has been a quick learner and is enthusiastic about helping trucks find loads to get them where they need to go.

Michele had been involved with freight brokerage for several years before coming to work at Dysart's Transportation. In addition to working as a regular load broker, Michele also keeps track of a large amount of the brokerage paperwork and ensures that all of the broker trucks have the proper paperwork and proofs of insurance on file.

Rates

CB has worked in the transportation industry for most of his life, starting back in 1969 working in the Aroostook County potato industry. Later on, he progressed through the ranks at Hartt Transportation, and eventually came to work here at Dysart’s in 1990. CB is currently operating in the sales and rating realm, and if you call to request a rate from Dysart’s transportation it will most likely be CB you speak to.

Safety

Tim McLaughlin has worked for Dysart’s since 1983 in various positions. He has 10 years total experience as safety manager, and he enjoys working with drivers on their safety and licensing related problems. Tim is originally from Haynesville, ME, but he currently resides in Newport, ME with his wife Laura and their 4 children.

A long time friend of the Dysart Family, Fred came to work at Dysart's Transportation several years ago. This is not the first time that Fred has worked for Dysart's though, as he was actually here back in the beginning of the transportation business in the early 80's.

Rory has been involved with the family business his whole life, and has worked at various jobs inside and outside the truckstop throughout his youth. Having just recently graduated from the University of Maine, Rory is currently involved in learning the ins and outs of the transportation business.
